As commercial director I am the strategic lead for the Pips Jobs business. Having held senior management roles in the corporate environment for over 20 years, I am experienced in people management and recruitment. Working for marketing and sales companies, I am an experienced recruiter with direct knowledge of what employers are looking for in their prospective candidates and an understanding of people development.
I’m Louise, the Operations Director and an experienced Social Worker, having worked in Child Safeguarding services for almost two decades as a practitioner, Senior Manager and Registered Manager. I have extensive knowledge of the sector and a detailed understanding of what is needed from staffing groups. I have worked in the recruitment industry for the past 10 years, recruiting in health and social care, childcare, industrial & aviation sectors however after having my first child I decided to make a career change.
